Terms of Service Agreement

Welcome to dushionline.com, operated from Aruba. These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of our website, mobile website, and mobile application (collectively, the “Websites”), and all related services (the “Service”). If using the Service on behalf of a business entity, you affirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to this Agreement.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses from your failure to secure your account.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to: Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes, Copy, scrape, or misuse site content, Impersonate others or submit false information, Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content, Interfere with platform operation or security. Violations may result in termination of access and legal action.
6. User Content & Warranties
You retain ownership of content you upload (“Your Content”), but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate the Service.
You warrant that: You own or have rights to use Your Content, It does not infringe on others’ rights or violate laws, It is not harmful, offensive, or deceptive, We may remove content that violates this Agreement at our discretion.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations. You may cancel your account by contacting support. Certain terms survive termination, including licenses, disclaimers, and dispute provisions.
8. Modifications to Service
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and trademarks are owned by Dushi Online or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Your use does not grant ownership of any intellectual property.
10. Copyright Infringement
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your rights are being infringed, contact us with a written notice including detailed information about the alleged infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Your use is at your own risk. In no event shall our total liability exceed $500 or the amount you paid in the prior six months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dushi Online and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or violations of this Agreement.
13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Aruba. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Aruba courts. Any disputes shall be resolved through individual arbitration in Aruba. Class actions are not permitted.
14. General Terms
- If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver is considered ongoing unless in writing.
- Headings are for reference only.
This Agreement is the complete understanding between you and Dushi Online.
